Category: Ideas If you are planning to start a garden this year, but don't know quite where to put it, remember most vegetables need as much sun as they can get. If you have lived in the same place for a while, you probably already know the sunny spots and shady spots. But if you are new to the place, or are just beginning to think about gardening, here is a technique you can try, to see if it works for you. The winter sun is low, now, not high in the sky as it will be in summer. To get an idea of where the sun will be this summer, Watch the path of the next full moon. It will be close to the same path as the one followed in the summer sky by the sun. This may give you a better idea of where the best garden spots will be.
